That’s according to a recent analysis from employer branding firm Universum. This is the second year in a row Google took the top spot on Universum’s lists of the most desirable employers for students. 

But getting hired at the tech giant is no easy feat. You have to show the hiring manager why you should be a “Googler,” which is how the company refers to its employees.
